Neighbourhood Mediation normally means between neighbours, but can also be at street or community-level. We have extensive experience mediating cases in the Bradford Metropolitan District and more widely around the country. We are aware of and empathic towards the types of problems that residents face and the impact for them, and our service is ideal for neighbours who wish to resolve problems amicably.
Working with Housing Providers
We provide mediation services for housing associations in different parts of the country and, having done this work for a number of years, we have evolved different ways of working to help tenants resolve disputes informally.
Experience shows the longer term benefits for tenants resolving disputes through mediation, and the benefits for housing staff who can often spend a lot of time minimising conflict between neighbours.
